Jivamukti™ is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous yoga as exercise, vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsā (nonviolence, non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation). It also emphasizes animal rights, veganism, environmentalism, and social activism.

Nicole graduated magna cum laude in Business Management, majoring in Marketing & PR in NYC. Her first PR experience involved work at Red Cross in Greater New York in a post 9/11 world as well as the world famous Dan Klores Advertising Agency in NYC. Back in Switzerland she managed the PR department for a major credit card issuing company before heading to London, where she worked for Ogilvy and later was in charge of Advertising/PR for a prestigious international Formula One magazine. Nicole later managed the Marketing including the Ambassador Programme for ethical yoga fashion label in London’s Notting Hill.Nicole now works freelance and helps clients around the world to help their vision come to life.Interested in Nicole’s Marketing expertise?
